FOREFINISH - ZR ( Zircon Water Base)

FOREFINISH - ZR is in porable liquid form to use for off white brushing application . Due to presence of special quality zircon , it offers excellent porable properties resulting in superior suspension & excellent performance at high temperture . It is suitable for use on most sand binder back ground & for almost all metal cast including criting casting in Iron & steel.

Application Technique :-

FOREFINISH - ZR is used for all grades of Cast Iron, moulds of cold box, hot box shell core.

Shelf Life & Storage :-

FOREFINISH - ZR as a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacuring.The product should be stored cool & dry place. Leads of partly used carboys should be replaced tightly. Standard packing

FOREFINISH - ZR is avaible in 35 kg polycarbide/ bucket

Safety Precautions :-

• Remix the carboys contains throughly before transfering in the dip tank .
• Moniter the viscosity at perodic intervals especially after every 2 hrs.
• Use slow speed mixer to avoid air entrapment during contionous applications
• To avoid formation of bacteria , clean the dip tank weekly
