FOREFINISH - GR ( Graphite Water Base)

FOREFINISH - GR is ready to use for dark grey coloured material natural graphite. It imparts low reactivity to the metal of oxides & delivers excellent casting surface finish especially at high poring temp. It is suitable for dipping application of resin bonded complex core & mould in the production of the casting like cylinder blocks, cylinder heads and the hydrolics components. It is recommended for Grey Cast Non ferro alloys.

Application Technique :-

FOREFINISH - GR is used for Gery Cast Iron, S.G. Iron & Non Ferro Alloy casting especially Automobile casting. It can be applied on cores & Moulds of all types of resin boned cores . It is suitable for Dipping, spraing, brushing & Flooding or over After coating application, the cores are dried by ignition for few min. which insures uniform , homogenous , dense coating films

Shelf Life & Storage :-

FOREFINISH - GR as a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacuring.The product should be stored cool & dry place. Leads of partly used carboys should be replaced tightly. Standard packing
